• This is the lower-level unit of a duplex and guests have full private access. • There is NO central A/C. A portable AC unit is provided in the kitchen/living area during warm months, and heating is available throughout the home. • For stays longer than 28 nights, a rental agreement will be sent by email and must be completed after booking.
